Head of HRHeather is Head of Human Resources and is based in Bermuda.
A successful Human Resources professional with experience spanning 15 years, Heather joined Conduit from Lancashire where she was Group Human Resource Specialist.
Heather has a Masters of Organisational Management in Human Resources from Concordia University, as well as various HR certifications. She has been an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management since 2009 and served on the Board of the Bermuda Human Resource Association from 2016 to the end of 2022.
Heather is responsible for managing our people and our social policies, including playing a leading role in delivering the ‘S’ in our ESG strategy.
