A guide to increasing visibility and engagement on social media for the Conduit Re team
Why?
The aim of our social media presence is to promote awareness of and familiarity with Conduit Re – our business offering, our brand and message. Content on social media will include news items, team details and thought leadership, as well as pointing readers to the website. We want to ensure that our social media presence is professional and consistent, while still keeping individuality and personality. The best way to do this is have the whole team engaged and participating.
Get connected with Conduit Re
- LinkedIn: Search Conduit Re or go to the company page (https://www.linkedin.com/company/conduit-re/) and click the ‘Follow’ button at the top right.
- Twitter: Search Conduit Re or go to the profile page (https://twitter.com/Conduit_Re), and click the ‘Follow’ button
Show that you are part of Conduit Re
- LinkedIn: Go to ‘Me’, ‘Show Profile’ and then click on the little pencil icons to edit your details.
- Make sure your profile is up to date, showing your company name and job title.
- Include a link to the Conduit Re LinkedIn page and/or website.
- If you have a company photo, you could use this as your profile photo.
- Twitter: Click on the person icon to go to your profile; click on ‘Edit Profile’ to edit your details.

- Include the Conduit Re website address in the website section of your profile.
- A Conduit Re banner is available (download here) to use at the top of your social media accounts. (Click on the camera icon at the top right of the banner in your profile to upload the image).
Get active
- When the company posts on LinkedIn or Twitter, please like, comment and share the content.
- Content will appear in your feed, but please also go the company pages regularly to check for news.
- LinkedIn: Like, comment and share buttons are visible under each post. Sharing company posts with comments will create the most interest and engagement.
- Twitter: Comment, share and like icons appear below each post. Sharing company posts with comments will create the most interest and engagement.
How to set up social media accounts
- If you are not on social media:
- LinkedIn: Go to linkedin.com and follow the steps to set up an account.
- Twitter: Go to twitter.com and follow the steps to set up an account.
