It is important for us to nurture and cultivate suggestions and implement changes from every area of the business. We have also recognised that we can have a large voice on the island and can use this to make a tangible and positive impact on our local community and on the wider industry.
We anonymously survey overall employee engagement and other specific categories of our culture. The results tell us what we’re doing well, but also where there is room for improvement. This is vital feedback that helps us continuously improve our working culture.
