Nick Pritchard

Nick Pritchard
Interim Chief Underwriting OfficerNick is interim Chief Underwriting Officer and is based in Bermuda.
Nick has over 20 years of industry experience structuring and managing diversified portfolios, spanning both traditional treaty reinsurance, as well as alternative capital solutions. His experience covers key global markets, including Bermuda and London.
Nick brings a wealth of experience in leading underwriting teams and developing impactful strategies to drive results. Prior to joining Conduit, Nick was a Managing Director at Aon Bermuda, where he supported reinsurers’ retro purchases and advised on growth strategies across Aon’s platform.
Prior to Aon, Nick was SVP Head of Property Catastrophe at Vantage Risk, where he was employed to scale up the property catastrophe portfolio from day one of the company’s founding. Before this, Nick played a key role in overseeing the London and Bermuda portfolios for Neon Underwriting (Lloyd’s Syndicate 2468). Earlier in his career, Nick held underwriting roles at AlphaCat, Validus Re and Talbot.
Nick joined Conduit in September 2024 as Underwriting Portfolio & Alternative Capital Manager, and was promoted to interim Chief Underwriting Officer in April 2025. In this role, Nick leads the company’s underwriting strategy and oversees portfolio performance.

Head of PropertyPeter has an established career of more than 20 years of underwriting leadership experience in the US and international reinsurance markets.
Peter joined Conduit Re from his role as Head of US Property with AXA XL Reinsurance in Bermuda. Peter’s technical knowledge, his energy and leadership strengths are important to his role leading the property division for Conduit Re. Peter is based in Bermuda.

Throughout this period, he has spent time in catastrophe modeling and held increasingly senior underwriting roles focusing on worldwide Catastrophe risk, proportional non-cat risk, and index-based products.
Kyle has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and has completed his CPCU, ARe, AIAF, and ARM designations from the American Institute for Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriters.
Kyle is based in Bermuda and is responsible for continuing to develop the global property portfolio of risk, with particular expertise in International and US deals.
