Interim Chief Underwriting OfficerNick has 20 years of industry experience in Bermuda and London markets, with a background in leading underwriting teams and structuring portfolios of risk and retrocessional programmes.
Before joining Conduit in September 2024, Nick served as Managing Director at Aon Bermuda, performing Account Executive duties for Bermuda reinsurers. Prior to Aon, Nick was responsible for the Property Catastrophe portfolio at Vantage Risk, was part of the new management team in 2017 at Lloyd’s Syndicate 2468, Neon, having built his early career at Talbot, Validus Re and AlphaCat.
Nick is based in Bermuda and is responsible for supporting overall portfolio management from an inward and outward perspective.

Marc joined Conduit Re from XL Re where he was Global Head of Marine and Energy and prior to that he worked for Aon Re , Guy Carpenter and JLT Re.
Marc is based in Bermuda and is responsible for managing Conduit’s Marine, Energy and Specialty reinsurance business.

Head of International Casualty and Long Tail SpecialtyOur International Casualty underwriter is a highly regarded and technical International Treaty Reinsurance specialist with a successful track record and experience in re-engineering and building portfolios from ground up.
He started his career in 2012 as a graduate trainee at a leading Lloyds agency where he learned his trade as an assistant Casualty Treaty underwriter with some of the best in the business.
He then joined a Global Insurance Group as a senior Casualty Treaty underwriter.
At Conduit Re, he will be responsible for building and managing our International Casualty and Long Tail Specialty underwriting activities where he will work alongside Erik and Marc in building and managing our risk portfolio.
